1. Applicability
This policy applies to all services offered by APEXS CREATIVE DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED through our website (e.g. design services, digital services, consultancy, etc.).
2. Service Delivery & Acceptance
- Once we begin work on a service after you place an order, that service is considered “in progress.”
- After we complete the service (deliver final files, reports, or whatever was agreed), the delivery is “final.”
- By using our services, you acknowledge that digital/service-based deliveries may not be returnable like physical goods.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
A. Before Work Begins
- If you cancel a service before we begin any work, you are eligible for a full refund of the payment (minus any transactional charges, if applicable).
B. After Work Has Started but Before Completion
- If you cancel after work has started but before final delivery, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed. We will assess the value of work done and refund the remaining amount.
C. After Service Delivery / Completion
- Once the service is delivered and accepted by you, we do not offer refunds. This is standard for digital/services businesses because you have received the deliverable. Law Insider+1
- If there is a demonstrable error or defect (for example, we failed to deliver what was agreed), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a correction, revision, or partial refund based on the issue and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We value quality and satisfaction. If there is a legitimate issue with the service delivered, contact us and we will review the case. If we agree that we failed to deliver per the agreement, we will work to make it right (revision or refund).

6. Refund Method
Refunds (if approved) are issued via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or whichever method you used).
7. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Situations
Refunds or cancellations are not available when:
- The service has already been delivered and accepted by the customer without reported issues.
- The request is made after the 7-day post-delivery review period (for defect/issue claims).
- The customer’s dissatisfaction is due to subjective preference (e.g. change of mind), unless explicitly covered under a “satisfaction guarantee.”
8. Disputes & Revisions
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request one free revision (if applicable) within 7 days of delivery. Further revisions may be subject to additional charges.
